A 30 day account is available to all Educational Institutions. A purchase order number must be quotated when ordering.

As a service to Educational Institutions we offer the opportunity to view books on approval before purchasing. Return of goods are at the customers expense unless otherwise arranged. All books are on approval for 7 days from delivery unless indicated. Goods kept on approval longer than 7 days will be considered a firm sale.

There will be no return on Photocopiable Books or CD-ROMS.

There will be no refunds on firm sale items. Firm sale items are goods that are not a stock line and have been specifically ordered for you. Please contact our office to arrange this.

We offer 5% discount and freight free (within Australia) for any class textbook order of 10 or more of the one book.
